I didn’t set out to be a leadership & ommunications coach.
I got into this work because I kept seeing the same pattern over and over again with incredibly capable business owners. On paper, they were doing everything right. Smart. Hard-working. Profitable. They had teams, revenue, and momentum.
But behind the scenes, they were exhausted. They were carrying their teams on their backs, repeating themselves constantly, avoiding hard conversations, and quietly wondering if the problem was them.
Most of them had already tried to fix it.
They read the books.
They hired the coaches.
They invested in expensive consulting agencies or programs that promised clarity and delivered templates, frameworks, and surface-level answers.
What no one ever taught them was how to actually lead.
Not how to manage tasks.
Not how to “be more disciplined.”
But how to develop themselves, communicate with purpose, and build teams that could think, decide, and take ownership without everything falling back on them.
