1. Introduction
Lauren DiCredico Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides personalized business coaching, leadership training, mindset development, and related services for entrepreneurs, executives, and small business owners (“you,” “your”). By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
2. Services
We will deliver the coaching and consulting services outlined in our approved proposal, intake form, or program agreement (the “Services”). Any written scope, including packages or one-on-one sessions, will define the deliverables (the “Work”). We commit to delivering the Services with professional care and attention, within estimated timeframes. Unless otherwise stated, all timelines are approximate.
You are responsible for showing up to sessions, completing agreed-upon action items, and providing any materials or information needed for your success. If no feedback is provided within 7 days of a deliverable, it will be considered accepted.
3. Scheduling, Approvals & Changes
Once we begin working together, it is your responsibility to attend scheduled calls and communicate clearly. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited unless otherwise arranged.
You may request changes to your package or schedule, but availability cannot be guaranteed and additional fees may apply. We may take instructions from anyone acting on your behalf unless told otherwise in writing.
4. Payment
You agree to pay the fee stated in your package agreement or invoice. Payments may be made in full or in installments as outlined. Missed payments may result in a pause of services or cancellation of the coaching agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless a different payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All proprietary frameworks, materials, training modules, and resources provided during coaching are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without written permission.
Any business or personal information you share during our coaching relationship will be kept confidential. Exceptions may apply only if required by law or if there is a threat of harm to yourself or others.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
While our programs are designed to deliver real results, your outcomes depend on your effort and implementation. We make no guarantees regarding earnings, business performance, or personal transformation.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to take full responsibility for decisions made based on coaching or advice provided.
7. Disputes & Communication
If any issues arise, please email us within 7 days so we can resolve them promptly and professionally. We commit to addressing concerns in good faith and in alignment with our values.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be subject to its jurisdiction.
